Our personal training programs are designed to help you reach your goals faster and safer by taking into account your health history, fitness assessment, interests and health goals.

At Atlantis Sports Clubs you can learn proper exercise form and techniques customized to compliment your lifestyle.
New Member Orientation
You will receive a complimentary fitness assessment and personal training session from one of our NCCA certified personal trainers and together we will evaluate where you are now in terms of health & fitness, and then provide you with a specific direction in order for you to reach your goals.
60 Minute Comprehensive
A personal trainer will enable you to make the most of your time in the gym combining all the elements you need to get a well rounded workout. Sixty minute sessions allow more time to focus on specific needs such as low back pain or stiffness. As well as concentration on target muscle group training. All new members and any member who has not had any personal training sessions have the opportunity to receive $100. off a comprehensive package of 12 sessions or more.
30 Minute QuickFit
Get the most out of the time you have with our 30 minute intensive programs built to get you the results you want in the time you have. You will get the exact exercises you should be doing to maximize your results and time.
Group and Partner
Group or partner personal training sessions are perfect for members who share the same goals. These low cost sessions are great for people looking to get in shape and meet others like them.
